It has been such a privilege to spend time with these women and witness the dedication they are pouring into their new training classes.
There is a powerful energy in the room when talent meets opportunity, and seeing them embrace these skills with such focus is truly inspiring.
​Our conversations have been a wonderful reminder of how much potential is unleashed when people are encouraged to believe in their own capabilities.
We are so proud of the progress they are making and the bright futures they are building with their own hands.

What a way of crowning the year (2025)!

​Seed of Hope Skills Development Centre (SOHSDC) is proud to reflect on a landmark inaugural year. Following the successful graduation of 36 women and girls from our intensive eight-month Professional Hairdressing program, we are shifting our focus toward a transformative 2026.
​Demand for our vocational excellence has surged; we are thrilled to announce that our second cohort has grown to 74 aspiring professionals. We remain committed to cultivating talent and fostering economic independence through world-class skills training.

"A transition from the depths of despair to the radiance of newfound promise."

​Three years ago, Deborah embarked on her journey with SOH. Today, we celebrate her remarkable transition as she successfully masters the art of hairdressing, emerging with the expertise to shape her own future.

Following her PLE exams, her educational journey reached a seemingly definitive end. Driven by economic necessity, her family prepared to send her into the workforce as a domestic helper—an industry characterized by meager earnings and limited mobility. However, a timely intervention by Grace altered her trajectory. Enrolled in the SOH education program, she has transitioned from a life of subsistence to one of skill-based sustainability. We are proud to see her story transformed from a struggle for survival into a testament of empowerment.
Special thanks to God through the help of our wonderful friends,this was made possible - May the Lord bless you for your generous continued support towards this program.
