At Kahungye Primary School in Kahungye Parish, Kabale District, we educated young girls on how to properly use reusable sanitary pads and the importance of menstrual hygiene.

Through these conversations and demonstrations, we are helping girls stay confident, comfortable and in school during their menstrual cycles. Knowledge is power, and every girl deserves access to safe and sustainable menstrual health solutions.

Together, we continue to break the stigma and empower the next generation.

What an inspiring and impactful day it was as we connected with the amazing girls and young women of Kiruruma Village. From distributing reusable sanitary pads to empowering conversations on confidence, self-worth and personal hygiene, every moment reminded us why these outreaches matter.

We shared smiles, stories, encouragement and practical knowledge to help the girls manage their menstrual health with dignity while also believing in themselves and their dreams.

Together, we are creating a future where every girl feels confident, supported, and empowered to shine beyond any limitation.

This is how it all went down in Rwemihanga, Kabale District

We had an impactful and heartfelt session with the girls as we distributed reusable sanitary pads and took time to teach them how to properly use and care for them. Through these conversations, we continue to break the stigma around menstruation while empowering young girls with knowledge, confidence and dignity.

We reached Kahungye Primary School in Nyakihanda Village, Kahungye Parish, Kahungye Sub County, Kabale District, where we distributed reusable sanitary pads to 59 girls.

Every reusable pad given is more than just support it is dignity, confidence, health and hope for a brighter future. We believe that no girl should miss school or lose confidence because of menstruation.

We visited Kahungye Primary School in Nyakihanda Village, Kahungye Parish, Kahungye Sub County, Kabale District, where we empowered young girls through conversations about self-confidence, self-worth and menstrual health.

We encouraged the girls to believe in themselves, speak confidently and embrace their dreams without fear. We also taught them how to properly use reusable sanitary pads, helping them manage their menstrual health with dignity and confidence.

Education goes beyond the classroom it’s about equipping girls with knowledge, confidence and the tools they need to thrive.

Our journey of impact continued in Kiruruma Village, Ikamiro Parish, Muko SubCounty in Rubanda District, where we had meaningful conversations with young girls about menstrual health and hygiene.

We educated the girls on proper menstrual hygiene practices, breaking stigma and encouraging confidence, dignity, and self-care. To further support them, we distributed reusable sanitary pads to 112 girls, ensuring they can manage their periods safely and stay in school with confidence.

Together with , We extended love, dignity and hope to young girls in Rwemihanga, Mukarangye Ward, Katuna TC, Kabale District through the distribution of reusable sanitary pads to 102 girls.

This initiative is more than just providing pads it is about empowering girls to stay in school confidently, manage their menstrual health with dignity and break the stigma surrounding menstruation.

Every girl deserves access to safe and affordable menstrual products and together we continue to create lasting impact in our communities.
