Secondary Teachers English Language Improvement Rwanda (STELIR) project, funded by Mastercard Foundation and delivered in collaboration with the Rwandan Basic Education Board, strengthened English Language for lower secondary teachers in Rwanda’s state education system, improving learning opportunities for students.

Alexis, an online trainer, loved teaching but struggled with online learning. After training at the Norwich Institute for Language Education in the UK, he transformed his approach. Now, he confidently blends technology with teaching to help others learn and grow.
