🐾 FROM THE EDGE OF DEATH TO A SECOND CHANCE ❤️
Today, we stood between life and death.
These innocent souls were moments away from being killed by city council authorities… abandoned, unheard, and unloved. But we couldn’t look away.

We stepped in. We rescued them. We chose compassion over silence. 🙏🏾
Now they are safe.
Now they are seen.
Now they have a chance to live, to heal, and to be loved again. 🐶✨
But this is just the beginning…
They need food, shelter, medical care, and most importantly—people who will open their hearts and homes.

Katende David Livingstone, the founder of Lean On Me Ministries Uganda, was severely injured by a motorbike that hit him two years ago and has a recurring infection in his crushed and rebuilt left leg. The shortage of clean water there makes cleaning his wounds difficult.

David just informed me that his ankle infection is much worse and the wound has re-opened. He needs $286 for hospital treatment.

"I seriously need hospital and bed rest as they analyze everything,” David wrote.

At LEAN on ME Ministries , we believe in growing what we eat and building where we live — with our own hands and hearts 💚

From handmade Earth buildings that keep us cool and connected to the land 🌍, to our chicken house that supplies fresh eggs and natural fertilizer 🐓🥚 — every corner of our project is a step toward sustainable living and livelihoods.

We’re teaching our children and youth the value of working with nature, using local materials, and producing our own food to build resilient and self-reliant communities.

This is more than survival — it’s a movement of hope, dignity, and empowerment.
