Immunization is not just about taking your child to the facility, at NFSC, Tuesday is immunization day (OPD) open to all clients in the community, it's more about providing information on nutrition and self care, the need for families to understand the importance of giving their children a well balanced diet, nutrition is also key for mothers with babies between the age of 0-6 months, and because we are an HIV/AIDS based organization these health education talks are to encourage and support EMTCT. Today we watch how our facilitators talk about the myths and misconceptions surrounding HIV and breastfeeding.
