Community and Health Power (CaHP) – Uganda is a Nonprofit Community Based Organisation, which was started in 2016 with Regn No; MMC/CBO/915/23 in Wakiso District located at Lugoba, Nabweru – Katooke Rd, Nansana Municipality. OUR VISION:
“A healthy Leaving Community with Generational Leaders of Impact to Create Change”

“Hope to The Needy and Marginalized”
CaHP – Uganda was started due to the increased numbers of marginalized groups, high illiteracy levels, increased crime rates, poor health and ignorance with in the community especially the children who were not prioritized as key to the next generation. We work hand in hand with community members and leaders to positively impact and bring sustainable solutions for a fundamental change within the community, hence being a better place to stay. TARGET GROUPS:
The Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC’s), young drug addicts, young single mothers, youths and those suffering from the Aids scourge. OUR PROGRAMS:
Child Education Support; (Go/back to school)
Health Awareness and Medical Support
Life Skilling Support
Economic Development
Clothing and Providing a Meal
Counselling and guidance

We are supported by community members, local and international friends who have really been a back borne to the implementation of our programs. In the spirit of giving, sharing, and caring for those in need, consider reaching out to the needy.
You can make a difference by donating food, clothing, school fees or your time to help those who are struggling.
Sharing a meal with someone in need can provide not just nourishment but also a sense of connection and compassion. Remember, even the small acts of kindness can have a big impact on someone's life.

As we were about to end the year 2023, in December, we joyfully hosted the "Thorn" family, part of our leading team and donors here in Africa - Uganda.
It was such a great blessing to us to have them.
We, therefore, want to express our heartfelt gratitude for their unwavering support in feeding the street and homeless kids.
Their generous donations have helped provide education and scholastic materials, toys, clothing, accommodation, meals, snacks, fruits, vegetables, etc ..that are street smart and nutritious to a living soul.
We so much feel loved and can't wait see you back again to the pearl of Africa.
May the leaving Almighty God bless and reward you to continuously be a fountain of hope, we love you.. 💕

Meet Olivia, a single mom, whose family is comprised of 3 with Kevin of 14 a disabled, who on a daily basis strives to make ends meet for a living.
She tries when things are hard and she never gives up. She believes in her family, even when things are tough. She knows that above all things, a mother’s love is more than enough.

Remember that a single mom is just like any other mom and that our number one priority is our kids. Any parent does whatever it takes for their kids and a single mother is of no difference.

“Happiness is playing in the sand.
Play is a child’s work and this is not a minor pursuit”
To us, watching kids play is like watching a bunch of tiny construction workers.
For a small child, there is no division between the things he or she does just for fun and the things that are educational. The child learns while living and any part of living that is enjoyable is also play.
Don’t forget to support us, “individually we are a drop but together we are an ocean”.

Come meet Noreen, she’s five years coming from a family of 3 with a brother Josh of six and their single mother. Funny enough, she refused to remove her uniform while back home at her first day at school! We guess it was her happiest experience joining other kids of her age in the classroom….whhh!
However, her elder brother Josh too, would wish to have the same experience just like Noreen does while attending school. Hopefully, we know that he will also have a chance and make it one day.
At CaHP, our Education Support Program targets such children, thank you Flavia for supporting Noreen this term.
