As we commemorate this May 1st, we stand at a crossroads between celebration and a call to action. While we honor the contributions of workers everywhere, we must also shine a light on the persistent challenge of within our ghetto communities.
For many youth, the dignity of stable work remains out of reach, highlighting the urgent need for sustainable opportunities and economic empowerment. Through the Hope For Ghetto Youth Initiative, we remain committed to bridging this gap and advocating for a future where every individual has the chance to thrive.
Let’s use this day to not only celebrate labor but to recommit ourselves to creating a more inclusive economy for all.

happy new year to all people of God. It was so amazing to share the little we have with our elders in community " mukono District in uganda" through God's provision, and we pray that may God continue to provide in order to continue making hopeless and frustrated souls happy and rejoicing in their life... Love for all humans

Labour Day in the ghetto isn’t Easy,It’s about resilience. No Celebration, just people hustling, grinding and, surviving. Single mothers, street vendors, kids playing through struggle. Music plays, food sizzles, laughter cuts through hardship. It’s not about time off — it’s about holding on, living loud, and finding joy where it’s hardest.
