Kyebando Tusobola YOUTH Initiative Africa 2018 We are a community Based Organization located in the slums of Kampala in Uganda. Currently we are using rudimentary tools and molding briquettes by hands.

The group aims at lifting marginalized youths out of extreme poverty with their own ideas and local solutions and business skills. Kyebando Tusobola Youth Initiative embarked on projects of garbage collection and recycling, Sorting and Ordinance,Poultry and Jewellery making. Given the large quantities of recyclable garbage, KTYI is on making briquettes from charred organic matter. We have been able to produce about 7500 kilograms per week and all are sold locally.
