Age Care still request you to give to the needy elderly and the children this coming Easter Food, we welcome anything from food and money, because you cannot send food from abroad but inform of money we welcome from £.20 this can serve a family even if its in dollar or euro we welcome anything that can support them, one by one makes a bundle, sometimes children go to school without breakfast and even at school they will not have lunch there how can a child sit in class empty stomach and study they cant can they? So we request for food, we give Rice, Maize flour,Sugar, Washing soap, Salt, Match Box , and clothes from the age of 5 years - to adults (elderly) blankets, bedsheets, wheelchairs, walking or supporting sticks , shoes . We need laptops we needs sewing machines and accessories, we need projector, we need solar for the light in the house.
Children go to school from P.1-P.7 and also for senior one on request when there is a need but we give them half and the parents also do the top up .For uniform and books and pens we share with the parents as the organisation has no enough money to cater for everything.
Age Care is planning for a vocational skills in Tailoring for the children who fail to join secondary school to come and join tailoring to help them not to engage in bad activities like grouping with bad people and loutering around the village. Age Care ask the parents a little fee of 50,000 this will help buying material for the children to start and Age Care will to pay the teacher.
