Lanbridge Preparatory School, a Muslim institution in Nakabugo Village, seeks a qualified and experienced Secretary to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Secretary to provide administrative support to our school. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience working in an educational setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the school administration
- Manage the front desk and handle inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate school events and activities
- Develop and implement effective filing systems
- Provide secretarial support to the teaching staff
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial Studies or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Secretary in an educational institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
