Millions of children's who have lost one or both parents and increasing number of poverty in rural and unban areas. Due to lack of government- subsidise education, poor medical care, lack of shelter,un crean water ,basic needs etc.we the members of a reason to smile have identified ourselves with the need to make a contribution to the some of the problems mentioned above, with the desire and passion to see that the affected children's and communities find hope, love and healing in spiritual faith. A reason to smile is a charitable organization, Non - profitable organisation based on a Christian foundation operating in wakiso district. A reason to smile admits orphan children's and vulnerable people from different parts of the country especially in the rural areas. despite the fact that this organisation is based on a Christian foundation it admits all vulnerable children regardless of their religious affiliation. The project also conducts campaigns to fight stigma and discrimination in the general population and promote the right of orphans, vulnerable children's in their communities. it should be noted that these children's deserve to get education, good feeding, clean water
in their communities,basic needs and shelter but all this can be done when we put our hands together through sponsorship program. A reason to smile kindly request for your kind assistance and financial support in effort to help orphan children's and vulnerable people in their communities under our care and help them know the good news of our Lord jesus christ and get saved.

After passing through all her difficult times of surgery and treatment.finally she was able to be discharged from the hospital and she is ready for Christmas.we give thanks to God and to everyone who has stand with us you have given us a reason to smile.

It was great day at little stars tenderness primary school with thanksgiving and dedication prayers led by Rev wilberforce kityo luwalira the bishop of namirembe diocese.
This was for the children who are going to do their primary final exams.
We are so glad that our dear girl is also one of the children who are completing their primary level.
We thank everyone who has been part of this wonderful achievement.
We wish you success in your exams and we love you so much.God bless you
