"Across communities, there is still a challenge of limited access to clear land information, over-reliance on brokers, restricted access to officials, and weak institutional capacity which continue to deny communities timely and fair land services. There is a need for enhancing coordination with traditional authorities, strengthening grievance redress and whistleblower protection mechanisms while scaling up land rights and anti-corruption awareness campaigns."- Judith Atukunda, Surveyor- Landnet Uganda
