QUALITY HAVENS COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATION’S
INTRODUCTION
Quality Havens community based organization has noted that the youth constitute a large and potentially useful percentage of the Ugandan population. These have the capacity to perform important roles in the socio-economic activities in the community
Therefore, the above category of population has found it necessary to form an organizatio
n to foster their economic empowerment which has been missing. We have been inspired by the great desire to fully participate in all developmental programmes initiated in the country as a means of unlocking our productive potential and fully take charge of our lives and circumstances in civil society for personal and collective advancement
We need to galvanize the youth in an orderly manner so as to turn them into better players in the national development. In this way we can cement and exploit the already binding comradeship that exists amongst us for the common good of the nation
As a result, the youth will attain development and become economically powerful hand in turn this will increase the national development of our country Uganda. Vision
To be the center of excellence in building up and empowering the youth to engage in self-employment, development in all areas and introduce training programs to sharpen their knowledge so as to live a self reliance life. Mission

OBJECTIVES AND AIMS OF THE ORGANIZATION
a) To provide event management, function and catering services and to provide a platform for youth to acquire information and skills training so that they can stand in their own. b) To mobilize the youth to participate in trainings of all kinds for example leadership, counseling etc and to involve them to carry out HIV/AIDS awareness in the community. c) To start up some small scale industries aimed at creating job opportunities so as to enhance employment progress in the organization and also train the youth on how best they can engage in agro-business i.e. poultry etc
d) To organize sensational seminars for the members and citizens of our area to sharpen their knowledge in fighting the problem of poverty by promoting a saving culture among youth that will lead to heir development. e) To mobilize our community members to participate in the sanitation progress for health improvement.
