Nature Conservancy Uganda (NCU) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in September 2014 that focuses on the environmental change challenges of Uganda, inconsistent policy design for the environment, coupled with precarious human development indicators to promote sustainable conservancy developments areas of great importance in Uganda. The scope of operation is Research, Conservation a
nd Education. Currently we are looking for local and international volunteers who are nature loving and have passion for the environment to work in these specific fields:
•General management in the filed of Environment.
•Communications officer for internal/external relations.
•Coordinator Partnership development and management
•Coordinator for Project development and implementation in area of conservancy
•Coordinator for Environmental education of climate change in the rural areas
•Coordinator for development, implementation and managing problem animal (crocodiles) interventions program
•IT and web site development
These are great opportunities to make a difference for Ugandan nature and the locals people who live in these Areas of Great Importance and at the same time experience and enjoy the beauty of the country.
