FPA High School Gobero is the alma-mater of countless students who have been able to break out of the cycle of generational poverty through the life changing gift of education! Dorcas is one such remarkable student, whose path has led her back to FPA High School. She is currently working at the school as a mentor, a teaching assistant and a beautiful example of what is possible when opportunity meets perseverance. Please take a minute and listen to this remarkable young woman! Hawa is a top student at FPA-Uganda High School. She was able to avoid the perils that so many young women fall victim to, when education is not accessible to them.

For a young women like Hawa, receiving a full scholarship at FPA High School ensures that she will not be lost to early marriage, or forced to work in an industry that can lead to a life of exploitation or death.

If you are a young woman living in a poor rural community in Uganda, accessing free vocational training, is game changer!!
FPA promotes access to needed vocational training both on and off campus, free of charge! If a young woman can support herself, she is far less likely to be given into early marriage, or sent away to work.
