House of David Ministries "House of David Child Care" has been called to the orphaned or abandoned of Uganda. We minister love,hope ,care and see change.

House of David Childcare Ministry in Kampala, Uganda is a registered non-profit NGO that was founded by Pastor Moses Kisakye and his wife, Susan, who have a God-given vision and zeal for building a generation that knows, follows and fears God. "House of David Childcare" has been called to the orphaned, abandoned and needy of Uganda. James 1:27 reads, “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”

We take great pleasure in serving forgotten and unloved children by placing them in a loving Christian family and giving them every opportunity to not only survive, but also to thrive in their local community. House of David Childcare currently operates a children’s home in Kampala, Uganda, under the umbrella of House of David Ministries. The majority of the children in our home did not come from the streets. They were abandoned, orphaned or were found in situations where they could not be cared for properly. By finding children from these situations early, we hope to prevent children from ending up on the streets, where the situation becomes simply tragic. House of David Childcare is committed to holistically raising these children by nurturing their spiritual, emotional and physical needs. We offer "a place to call home", a true family, clothing/food, healthcare, education, skills training and Christian discipleship.

But when we look at these children, we hhave no other option but to reach out again.

Almost all the kids at House of David are still at home. They have not reported back to school because we have no school fees. No child sponsorship has come through yet.

And time is running out.

5 of our children are in Senior Four - their final exams start in just TWO WEEKS. The school says they must have ZERO balance to sit for exams.
2 are in Senior Six
9 are in Primary Seven - also candidate classes
And 25 more are in different classes, all waiting at home.

Our hearts are broken seeing them sit at home while other children are in class.

We need $1,700 to settle school fees for ALL the children, or at least $800 to urgently settle those in candidate classes (S4, S6 & P7) so they don't miss their exams.

This is urgent. We have only days left.

If you have ever supported us, prayed for us, or thought of us - this is the time we need you most.

Even $10, $20, $50 will bring a child back to class. Please help us share this, pray with us, and if God puts it on your heart, support us.

The children are not just looking for school fees - they are looking for hope that someone still cares.

House of David is receiving case after case, and we’re worried.
We see the need, we feel the pain, but our resources are stretched and our hands feel tied.

Our hearts are heavy. Malaria has hit so many kids this season, including Lynette. K.who got admitted this evening due to complicated malaria.She can’t walk or stand on her own and eating is a very big problem because she has been throwing out for the past 4 days .
Please pray for healing and protection over all our children at our home .
And let’s not wait — if your child has fever, chills, or vomiting, please see a doctor early.
God be with every sick child and we pray for a quick recovery.
