We believe that caring for orphaned and vulnerable children is a whole cycle of service.
Education: Empowering children with knowledge through quality education.

Physical: Nurturing healthy bodies with nutritious meals and access to medical care.

Emotional: Supporting emotional development through mentorship and trauma counseling.

Community: Keeping children within the support of their families and communities, whenever possible.

Spiritual: Discipling children in the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

The result is orphaned and vulnerable children who are being transformed into confident, independent, God-fearing adults choosing to create a new cycle of hope!

Dear Friends;
The festive season is in full swing. We would be so excited if at this time of the year people like you say yes to an invitation to plant a seed of Hope. Our prayers are that God makes us brave to invite those in our worlds to join us. And let’s join together to pray that as people come to celebrate the birth of Jesus, they would come to know Him personally.
At Trades of New Hope Uganda looks like it's going to be a different Christmas from the last five years, we usually get donors to feed people on Christmas days, sharing the message of hope to those who haven't heard the gospel of Jesus! Our hope this time was to give food, show the film about Jesus Christ in the evening. We need to raise $3000 to make this dream a reality and we surely believe it will make a big impact in the lives of people.

As the year draws to a close it often leaves one pondering the year that was. I hope you and your family are grateful for the opportunities that 2025 has given and the increase you have experienced. We hope that a refresh of Faith report will be encouraging. Your donation will nourish people's health and make a tangible difference in their lives and communities. Also, there is still a need for new churches in many communities and therefore we are asking you to be on the fore front of supporting church planting conversations.

In my personal reflections I’m always drawn back to the scripture in Lamentations 3:22–23 that reminds us that “the faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is His faithfulness; His mercies begin afresh each morning”. I remember that in every season and whatever I may face He is faithful.

For years we have been taking our Christmas celebration 🎉 to the most disadvantaged group of people, the Pygmies communities in south western Uganda! We get the opportunity to share with them the word of God and then after give them food to enjoy during the benevolent season. These people don't own any piece of land, they live in settlements as squatters and depend on hard labour to earn a living. Would you consider texting us for more details on how to support this cause? Thank you 👍

‎We have just started our 2025 Christmas fundraising! Our Christmas Celebration Fund will close on the 23rd Tuesday December and we have just started with our goal of $3000.
‎Right now, hundreds of children in Uganda are waiting to find out if they'll have a special Christmas meal this year. For most of these kids, a celebration meal isn't something their families can afford, but you can change that!

‎Before Tuesday 23rd night, will you help us bring joy to these children? Every gift - whether it's one meal or ten - makes a real difference.
‎
‎These aren't just meals. They're celebrations of God's provision. They're reminders that these children are seen, valued, and loved. Here in Africa, Christmas celebration means eating meat with Rice and taking a bottle of soda after eating. Most of these children don't eat and drink all these foods the whole year but only on Christmas Day. It's not that we are enticing you but to give hope for the hopeless and show them the Love of Jesus through faith.

RAYS OF HOPE SHINES!
Last Friday, our top class pupils graduated from nursery to primary. They are very excited to join another level of education. We are so thankful to God for enabling us to reach this far.
