"We can only take people as far as we have gone.” Many times people are thrust into leading worship, just because:

⏺️There is no one else to do it
⏺️They are the only ones who can carry a correct tune and hold a steady rhythm in the entire assembly or
⏺️They have a great voice & the list goes on.

Just as in every other area of ministry, worship leaders must be sure of God’s direct call on their lives for this particular task.

Co-ordination is the bringing together of separate functioning entities, resulting in one harmonized action. Worship leaders have the responsibility to co-ordinate with several other bodies as well as themselves, in order to bring about a successful worship experience.

There must be co-ordination with: -
▫️ONESELF
▫️PASTOR
▫️WORSHIP TEAM MEMBERS
▫️INSTRUMENTALISTS
▫️CONGREGATION.

Next Sunday, the 04th of August 2024, we are excited to host one of the Kingdom icons in the body of Christ; Amb. Charles R Gordon. He will be speaking at Regency Church-Mbale Diplomat Campus in the Sunday Diplomats Briefing.

Pastor Muwanguzi Richard Kim and Amb. Charles Gordon met at the Global Kingdom Leadership Summit in Pretoria-South Africa. He is an amazing man whose heart beats for 1 Man, 1 Message and 1 Mission.

He will also be speaking in the Champion Leaders Conference hosted by Champion Evangelistic Ministries International from the 06th-09th August and also speak at Calvary Temple worship Centre in a Sunday Service on the 11th August 2024. It's gonna be a full packed week of Kingdom Influence.

Let's pray for God's glory to be manifested as He uses His humble servant to transform followers into leaders and leaders into Kingdom Global Regents of Change.

Faith is spelled R_I_S_K. It’s the Father’s good pleasure to give us the Kingdom, but it’s impossible to keep it coming without the faith that pleases Him.

When you accept that you may fail, you can accomplish anything. Fear can be so sapping. Every day I’m faced with difficult decisions, but losing the fear helps me move on, no matter the matter.

To be a man who is okay with my failures and believe that they are not my end but just part of the process is amazing. To believe that God works them for my good is supreme.

You see! The poorest of men are not men without money, but men without a dream. Don’t be so afraid of failure that you refuse to try. Demand something of yourself.

Failure is only an incident. There is more than the failure—there is success deep behind that failure. Failure is the opportunity to more intelligently begin again. When you fail, that is a great chance to start again.

Learn from it and move on. Don’t be paralyzed by the failure. One good thing about failure is that it is proof that you tried. I have failed a million times in a many things but that doesn't make me a failure.

The greatest mistake you can make is to be afraid of making one. People who do nothing in life are usually people who do nothing. People who don’t make mistakes in life are usually people who didn’t have a chance to make any because they never tried.

I challenge you to Challenge your potential. Demand things of yourself that are beyond what you have already done. Expect more from yourself than the accomplishments that are easily within your reach.

What you have is not all you are. The limit of your potential is God. It is better to attempt a thing and fail, than to never try and not know you could succeed.
