To provide a curriculum in consciousness designed to prepare youth to become personally empowered, consciously aware, high-integrity and heart-centered leaders in their communities and the world. We Believe:
There is a 'new breed' of young people who are coming of age at this time and they have a critical role in planetary sustainability through the transformation of human consciousness. O

· To assist the leadership development of youth with leadership abilities/ potential
· To offer a non academic value centered educational foundation that results in personal empowerment
· To empower youth to become high integrity and heart centered leaders
· To collaborate with other stake holders in raising heart centered entrepreneurs
