To establish programmes to encourage and promote good human morals, ethical standards in the community and educational institutions with the aim of impacting present and future generations of Uganda not forgetting its mother school.
2. To establish various forms of schools, colleges, institutes, social centers, polytechnic institutions, research units, medical centers and multi purpose civic cent
ers from time to time as the association may deem necessary for the achievement of its sociable, charitable and educational objects.
3. To promote capacity building among members and communities and staff members at their school of origin for the total development of their individual capacities through workshops, seminars and other orientation programmes.
4. To provide career guidance and counseling to students and staff I various schools.
5. To promote parent teacher networks.
6. To do voluntary cleanup exercises.
7. To conduct entrepreneurial skill lessons
8. To offer spiritual guidance.
9. To borrow money from financial institutions within and outside Uganda in such manner as the Organization shall deem fit for furthering charitable or educational or development and other objectives.
10 To acquire real estate and interests in property and to construct and develop thereon such developments as are required to implement the charitable and educational objectives for their school and those others within their reach.
11. To promote the associations objects by establishing commercial ventures whose proceeds and income shall be re-invested in the charitable and educational activities of the association.
12. To engage in the teaching of the impact of the modern technology, on persons, families, communities and the wider society and the whole spectrum of contemporary culture in the process of harmonizing the old and the new and local and the national culture values.
13. To establish or cause to be established and operated retirement benefits schemes, employment gratuity, welfare or security arrangement including insurance for its staff generally.(this look a little far from our reach!!)
14. To publicize and protect the name, philosophy aspirations and general image of the association through the pursuit of the attainment of its objects and or otherwise throughout the world
15. To campaign for and or accept endowments, donations or assistance in kind, including requests, legacies for facilitating the organization to more successfully carry out its activities and develop further.
16. To establish or promote the establishment of a Trust Fund of the association for the purpose of raising and administering funds for the achievement of the objects of the association.
17. To invest and deal with the monies of the organization, where ever it may be kept, not immediately required, upon such securities and in such manner as the association from time to time may decide in accordance with relevant principles and prevailing circumstance
18. To establish, manage or oversee the management of commercial projects or enterprises or enter into business arrangements, deserving enterprises for the purpose of enabling the organization to efficiently conduct its activities under these projects.
19. To manufacture, arrange the manufacturing, create or otherwise procure or produce by any technological means any and all goods, tools, equipment or articles used or which may be used by the company in discharge of its undertakings.
20. To own, possess or otherwise hold land and estate or any interest there in and dispose of or deal with the same in any legitimate way including mortgaging, leasing or changing or otherwise developing or utilizing the same.
21. To sponsor, subsidize, endorse or recommend research or special project assignments or undertakings including religious. Academic or professional competitions by members of staff or the organization parse.
22. To enter into any arrangements with any government, authorities (central, municipal, local or international or otherwise) or a religious body or similar institution, corporation or individual persons may be deemed conducive to the achievements of the objects of the association
23. To draw, make, accept, endorse, execute and issue promissory notes, bills of exchange, debentures, or other negotiable or transferable instruments.
24. To remunerate persons, which expressions include legal persons, for any service legitimately and competently rendered to the association from time to time, and remuneration being in cash or in kind.
25. To employ with or without remuneration such officers, servants and other persons as the organization may think fit, for the carrying out of its objectives
26. To adopt such means of making known the activities and services of the associationation as may seem expedient and in particular by circular, by publication or brochures, books and periodicals.
27. To print and publish any pamphlets, articles, newspapers, periodicals, books or leaflets that the organization may think desirable for the promotion of its objects.
28. To procure the association to be registered or recognized in any other state and by any foreign country or place.
