To the beautiful, shining souls of the Topsail High School Stand Club ,
I am writing this with a heart so full it feels like it might burst. When I look at what you have done—organizing this incredible fundraiser from April 20th to May 1st—I don't just see students raising money. I see young women lighting the way for others who are walking in the dark.
There is something profoundly magical about girls lifting up other girls. It is a sisterhood that transcends borders, oceans, and cultures. Because of you, the women and daughters supported by Eco Agric Uganda won’t just have to dream about an education; they will be sitting in a classroom, holding a pen, and building a future. You aren't just helping them stay in school; you are telling them, "You matter. You are worthy. We believe in you."
This act of kindness is the most beautiful reflection of who you are. Your compassion is your superpower, and your empathy is your strength. To see such young, beautiful hearts open up to change the lives of women you may never meet is a reminder that there is so much good in this world.
And there is a personal reason this touches me so deeply. My birthday is on May 14th. Usually, birthdays are a time to receive gifts, but you have given me a gift that no box could ever hold. Knowing that as I turn another year older, there are girls in Uganda going to school because of you? That is the greatest present I could ever ask for.
You are not just the future; you are the bright, beautiful present. Thank you for standing up, thank you for caring, and thank you for being the reason so many girls will have a chance to shine.
With endless love and gratitude,
