Established in 2013, FAAYO, a Registered Charity, is an established and successful Counsellor and training provider that works with some of the hardest to reach, and counsel, most disadvantaged and excluded people and groups across the country to support them to secure sustainable employment for better livelihood. The organisation is led by a Board of Directors to whom the CEO reports on a quarter
ly basis. Our activities are delivered through three main divisions: Skills and Employability including employment preparation and Skills for Life provision, Volunteering Fresh-Starts, our Local Partners fund this project for suspects and ex-offenders. Each Department Head reports directly to the CEO. The departments are supported by a Central Management Services team with regards to administration, finance, IT and HR. We currently employ 4 staff and are supported by over 20 volunteers annually.
