This non-profit organization was formed to support Aaron English’s work with orphans & HIV-AIDS positive kids in Kenya & Uganda. IYMP aims to give disadvantaged youth opportunities for self-expression through music, as well as educational opportunities in music, music business, recording & production. Projects in 2015 have included:
- collecting donations of musical instruments, music lesson book
s & recording studio equipment in North America & arranging for it to be delivered to orphanages in Kenya & Uganda
- helping to establish a music room & raise funds for weekly music lessons at Malayaka House orphanage in Entebbe, Uganda

- helping to train the production team in the recording studio at One Vibe Africa - an arts program at an orphanage/school in Kisumu, Kenya

- helping to establish a brass band for HIV/AIDS-positive youth via The AIDS Support Organization in Kampala, Uganda
- co-producing a new record for the "First Lady" of Kenyan music: hip-hop/reggae star Nazizi. All proceeds from this album will go to benefit One Vibe Africa's youth arts programs in Kisumu, Kenya
- teaching music business seminars to aspiring young musicians in the slums of Nairobi, Kisumu & Kampala
