International Youth Music Project

International Youth Music Project Aaron English founded IYMP in 2015 to support music education for disadvantaged youth in East Africa.

This non-profit organization was formed to support Aaron English’s work with orphans & HIV-AIDS positive kids in Kenya & Uganda. We are so proud of the students that we support at Love to Love in Uganda: their dance team just competed in the national Ugandan Dance Quarter competition.

We’ve only been supporting dance classes at the music school for the past five years…but it’s amazing how far they’ve come. Some of the students are getting hired to dance in professional troupes around the capital city. Bravo, Love to Love team…and keep up the great work!

And thanks and to all of you who have funded our charity over the past ten years so that we can keep supporting these classes!

Aaron English here, proud to announce that I am a recipient of the Beyond Music Foundation's Social Activist Award for my work as founder/director of the International Youth Music Project.

The recognition is deeply appreciated...and of course the monetary award will go towards our ongoing efforts to support musical opportunities for disadvantaged youth throughout the world.

Thanks to founders Konstanze, Regula, Beat and the late Tina Turner for Beyond Music's support.

I've met amazing musicians all over the planet through Beyond Music and we've made great music together - in fact, they're the reason that my project Echoes of Eden exists. And now this award? I'm thrilled and honored. Thanks again, guys!

We have been supporting the music and dance programs at Love To Love Organization for ten years now. They were just chosen to give a presentation about their music program at this year’s Community Music Conference in Dortmund, Germany! Please join us in congratulating them on being selected.

We’re so proud of them for using music and dance to empower disadvantaged Ugandan youth, especially those living with or affected by HIV.

Bravo William, Danny and the rest of the team! And thanks to all of you that have helped the International Youth Music Project support Love to Love over the past decade.
