We see the lies. We name them. We reject them.
This is feminism rooted in truth, community, and liberation not capitalism, perfectionism, or silence.

Is it just period pain or are we just used to being ignored?

Every month, millions of women suffer in silence because society refuses to treat menstrual pain as real pain. We’re told to “push through it” at school, at work, in public but pain is pain, and it deserves to be taken seriously.

đź’Ą As a grassroots feminist movement, we say: Believe women. Respect periods. End the silence.

🗣️ Share this post to break the stigma & start the conversation.

Every person who menstruates deserves access to safe, affordable products, accurate information, and a supportive environment free from stigma or shame.
It’s time we normalize the conversation, challenge the taboos, and push for policies that prioritize menstrual equity.
Because dignity during menstruation is not too much to ask it’s a basic human right.

A voice for the voiceless. A shield for the vulnerable.

Primah Kwagala is a powerhouse Ugandan human rights lawyer dedicated to defending women’s freedom, health, and dignity.

Through her Women’s Probono Initiative, she’s fought for women unlawfully detained, rescued trafficking survivors from the Middle East, and challenged injustices that deny women access to healthcare, land, and safety.

Her work matters deeply for feminism and women’s welfare, because it doesn’t just help individuals—it transforms systems, breaks patriarchal barriers, and gives women the courage and tools to stand up for their rights.

👉 Let’s amplify her mission. Stand for justice. Support women’s rights. Share her story.

Every woman deserves to live free from fear and harm. Violence against women, whether - physical, emotional, sexual, or economic is a violation of human rights and has no place in any society.

Let’s stand together to support survivors, hold perpetrators accountable, and challenge the attitudes and systems that allow this violence to persist.
