In most cases womens` leadership is undermined by either women or men assuming that incase one is a woman leader, then there behind her, must be man supporting her which this has in most cases created a room for practicing benevolent sexism, prejudices and stereotype. Within the
framework, young people through their local action activities have decided to present short video skirts in series, to share how these practices can affect effective participation of different gender.
