What an amazing experience at the bill Lucy Joyce Now Now Youth Summit hosted at the headquarters of Reach A Hand Uganda!

It was inspiring to connect with young people from different countries, share ideas, and discuss the Africa we want to build. The energy, passion, and commitment in the room were incredible.

Youth voices matter, and I’m grateful to have been part of such an impactful event. Special appreciation to our CEO for representing us so well.

Together, we are creating the Africa we need. 🌍✨

Depression is real, and many people are fighting battles we cannot see.

In our communities, we often call it stress, but for some people, it goes much deeper. Every day, young people are struggling with loneliness, pressure, comparison, and the unrealistic lives they see on social media. Some are smiling in public while hurting in private.

Before you judge someone, listen to them. Before you laugh at their pain, try to understand it. A simple conversation, a phone call, or checking in on a friend can make a huge difference.

If you’re going through a difficult season, please talk to someone you trust. Cry if you need to. Pray if you believe. Ask for help when you need it. You do not have to carry everything alone.

Let’s create a generation that supports each other instead of tearing each other down. Let’s choose kindness, empathy, and understanding.

You never know how much someone is struggling behind their smile. ❤️
