Today marks a significant day as we come together to observe World AIDS Day, a momentous occasion to raise awareness, show support, and commemorate those affected by HIV/AIDS in Uganda and around the globe.

At we stand unwavering in our commitment to fostering a healthier community and a brighter future for all the Young People. On this World AIDS Day, we reaffirm our dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for individuals living with HIV/AIDS.

Achieving progress requires collaboration. Let us join hands with local communities, NGOs, and governmental bodies to amplify our impact. Together, we can break down barriers, reduce stigma, and ensure that everyone has access to vital resources and healthcare services.

In Uganda, the fight against HIV/AIDS is a shared responsibility. Today, let’s reflect on the progress made and acknowledge the challenges ahead. By raising awareness, educating communities, and promoting regular testing, we can contribute to the national effort to end the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

This World AIDS Day, let us empower individuals with knowledge, support, and hope. Through education campaigns and outreach programs, we aim to empower communities to make informed choices, eliminate discrimination, and foster a culture of compassion.

As we reflect on the lives affected by HIV/AIDS, we remember those we have lost, honor the resilience of survivors, and pledge to continue the fight until we achieve an AIDS-free generation.

Share your thoughts, experiences, and messages of hope in the comments below. By engaging in open dialogue, we can break down stereotypes and foster understanding.

Together, we can make a difference. Let’s work towards a world where every individual, regardless of their HIV status, can live a healthy, dignified life.

At , We believe in the transformative power of education and mentorship. Today, we want to share a glimpse into our impactful work with the resilient minds in Rwamwanja Refugee Settlement.

In collaboration with local partners, our team has been on the ground, interviewing & engaging with the vibrant youth community in Rwamwanja. Witnessing their strength, creativity, and determination has been nothing short of inspiring.

Our programs focus on skill-building, economic empowerment, information sharing and service delivery. Through tailored initiatives, we aim to empower these young individuals to shape their own destinies.

Life in a refugee settlement poses unique challenges, especially for the youth. By offering a supportive environment, mentorship, and access to SRHR Information, we strive to plant the seeds of resilience and hope. Together, we are sowing the seeds for a brighter future of our Young People.
Together, we can create lasting change.

Celebrating World Contraception Day: Empowering Choices for All!

Today, on World Contraception Day, Jomas Foundation Africa , proudly joins the global community in advocating for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for all young people.

World Contraception Day serves as a reminder of the importance of access to safe and effective contraception methods. It is a day to promote awareness about family planning and empower individuals to make informed choices about their reproductive health.

At Jomas, we are committed to breaking down barriers and promoting SRHR in Uganda and beyond. We believe that everyone has the right to make choices about their own bodies, including when and if to have children.

Providing access to a range of contraceptive methods. Offering comprehensive sexual education and counseling. Advocating for policy changes to ensure equitable access. Promoting gender equality and empowerment.

Together, we can make a difference. Let's work hand in hand to ensure that every individual, regardless of their background, has access to the information and resources they need to make choices about their reproductive health.
