We want to share Josh's Slum Outreach report

We give all glory and thanks to the Almighty God for making this outreach possible. We are grateful for His protection, guidance, and provision that enabled us to minister to the boys.
We also sincerely thank our donors. Your generosity made this outreach possible. 58 boys were reached, fed, and heard the Gospel and received encouragement. For some boys, a meal and a safe environment keeps them from situations on the streets where hunger and desperation push them into things they wouldn't otherwise do. What seems like a simple meal is an opportunity to protect a young life.
Gospel Ministry – The Message of Reconciliation
The 58 boys patiently participated and listened to the Gospel message shared by Pr. David. The teaching was “Reconciliation.” Pr. David used several Bible verses and practical examples to help the boys understand forgiveness and how they should respond when someone wrongs them.
The boys answered questions about forgiveness, including how they would respond to someone who had hurt or wronged them.Their responses give insight into challenges they face. It reminded usof the importance of continuing to teach them biblical principles of forgiveness, reconciliation, love, and peaceful conflict resolution.
There are increasing numbers of young boys on the streets. I met a 13-year-old boy who was in the streets for less than a month. He shared a painful story about what led him to leave home.
He was living with his uncle and had to do almost everything in the house, though there were other children in the family. His uncle's wife frequently beat him and he was sometimes given poorly cooked food. Because of the abuse, he came to the streets. In his own words, he would rather suffer on the street than be mistreated and beaten at home. His situation is a strong reminder that behind every street child is a difficult story that requires patience, care, protection, and intervention.
Prayer Need
We ask for prayers for this young boy and other vulnerable children like him. Pray that God will protect him from exploitation, abuse, negative influences, and other dangers. Pray that he will find a safe environment where he can experience love, stability, guidance, and hope for the future.
Food Provision and Impact
All 58 boys ate today. They were extremely grateful for this provision. Feeding does more than meet an immediate physical need. It creates an opportunity for us to gather them together, build relationships, share the Gospel, listen to their stories, and encourage them toward positive behavior.
We are grateful to God to be part of this work, and we are deeply thankful to donors who make it possible. Because of your support, 58 boys were reminded that they are not forgotten.
May Almighty God richly bless every person who has contributed toward this ministry. We pray that He continues to give us wisdom, strength, and resources to reach more vulnerable children and help transform their lives.
