On behalf of the Alumni of Patriotism Clubs & on my own behalf I would wish to take the singular honor to wish you (Afande)General Justus Rukundo a happy birthday.This years birthday is unique as it finds you in the General officers corp.Your hardwork from the inception of the National Secretariat for Patriotism Clubs (NSPC)in 2010/2011 is un matched especially when you were the Course Cordinator of the inaugural patriotism development course organised at the National Leadership Institute Kyankwanzi by then commissioner National Secretariat for patriotism clubs Gen.Henry Masiko.Indeed it has been a 50years of impactful life to Uganda .
