Here to improve lives of the vulnerable illegitimate children by promoting an accepting, nurturing, supportive, protective and progressing environment for them through the provision of a safe interaction space, among others. We have realized that in Central Uganda at least on average, each family today has an illegitimate child and this problem does not only exist in this region but also in others
though it is handled differently depending on cultural differences or even just ignored. The problem of illegitimacy, illicit s*x, is not confined to any one social or economic level of people. It is a moral infection that has invaded the rich, poor, educated, uneducated, black, white, and every ethnic group, including religious people. Many are aroused over the social problem and the health problems, but not so much because of the offenses against morality. They are aroused because of the increasing tax burden this willful defiance of God has produced. The costs are rising and the burden is appalling. But the religious is concerned because of his hatred of sin and love for souls. It is this moral and spiritual failure and breakdown that grieves the heart of the child of God far more than any other related consequences
