*Mobility made easy*
The most challenging situation for women, girls and female youth with disabilities is access to comfortable transport from their respective homes to health service providers for regular reviews. The nasty experiences from our sharing with the Team from Katalemwa Cheshire Home compelled them to support Aspire Women Development Initiative with a car to facilitate the transportation of women, girls and female youth with disabilities to receive timely health services, participate in events and transport students to and from schools.

Aspire Women Development Initiative has made strides in promoting mobility for children with disabilities. This comes at a point where parents hustle transporting children with disabilities to health centres for reviews and medication.
Katalemwa Cheshire Home donated a fully-fledged car to transport children with disabilities comfortably.

Edukans and Aspire Women Development Initiative started off new engagements today.
Sharing with Edukans Team exposed them to the dire need for development partners to venture into meaningful disability inclusion. The eye-opening experience also unveiled the psychosocial effects of disability to children of parents with disabilities. Invisibility for children of parents with disabilities continues to leave them out of the development programmes.
