This second phase of the training is equipping children with Website Development Skills, Hypertext Mark Up Language (HTML).

We started with Nabweru Community ( Smash Talent Kids Africa ) and we are still continuing with other communities

Happy International Women's Day

We attended the International Day of Education on 24th January 2023.

This day was organized by our Partners, Read to Learn Foundation , UNESCO and Ministry of Education and Sports Uganda

The theme was "Invest in people, Prioritize Education"

In Partnership with Read to Learn Foundation, we trained Literacy Champions on how to develop websites using HTML,CSS and WordPress.

They used this knowledge to develop a Learning Platform that will enable them share knowledge with other children in the society.

The platform will also include different sections for Rights, Impact, Voice, Blog, Entertainment, etc

Today we have completed our First Phase of the Digital Literacy Training Program in Partnership with Read to Learn Foundation

We have trained 3 communities of Nsambya, Katanga and Smash Talent Kids Africa

The Literacy Champions in these communities have learnt how to use Microsoft Office Programs (Word and PowerPoint) and using Emails to communicate.

We are still having more Phases to come up
