Today, we stand with millions of victims and survivors of human trafficking worldwide.
At YIYA Foundation, we believe everyone deserves a life free from exploitation and fear. Over the years, we have worked tirelessly through awareness campaigns, community outreach programs, survivor support initiatives, and partnerships with key stakeholders to combat trafficking in all its forms.
This year’s global theme, “Human Trafficking is Organized Crime – End the Exploitation,” reminds us that ending trafficking requires united efforts. We recommit to raising awareness, strengthening prevention strategies, and supporting survivors on their journey to healing and freedom.

Did you know that 1 in 10 girls in Africa misses school during their period due to lack of access to menstrual hygiene products and information? We believe that every one has a role to play. It's time to talk, educate and act.

Hear from our passionate YIYA Menstrual Hygiene Ambassador, Ms. Franscene Bianca Namusoke, as she advocates for a world where no girl is held back because of her period.
