Amede Olisa-Achingale is an award-winning business strategist, enterprise development expert, and certified consultant with over 28 years of experience across banking, consulting, agribusiness, and MSME development. She has a strong track record of building scalable businesses, empowering entrepreneurs, and delivering high-impact enterprise programs across Africa.

A founding team member of UBA Cameroon, she has also held senior roles at MTN Cameroon, Starcomms Nigeria, and Antal International Network, gaining deep expertise in business development, operations, and market expansion.

Currently, Amede focuses on MSME growth, agribusiness, and impact-driven entrepreneurship, supporting women and youth to build profitable and investment-ready businesses. As a UNDP-certified Agribusiness Consultant and VC4A-certified Mentor, she has trained thousands of entrepreneurs, raised significant funding, and led impactful initiatives across Africa.

Through her work with Bosaz Foods and SheServes Africa, she has impacted over 5,000 women and youth and reached more than 20,000 households, driving sustainable income and food security.

Amede holds a BSc, Postgraduate Diploma, and MBA from leading global institutions and has received multiple recognitions, including awards for women’s leadership and agribusiness excellence.
