This May, as we mark Menstrual Health Awareness Month, we’re telling a story that is often left out of the narrative.
A story of one man called Nathan Kaija from Malaika Foundation choosing to learn, understand and take action.
At Greater Impact Africa, we believe menstrual health is not a “women’s issue” it is a community responsibility. And change often starts with one person willing to step forward.
This month, we spotlight Nathan Kaija learning how to make reusable pads not just as a skill, but as a statement. A statement that dignity matters. That support matters. That breaking silence matters.
Because when one man understands, he influences others.
When he supports, stigma begins to fall.
And when stigma falls, girls rise.
One action. One voice. One shift.
Let this be the month we move beyond awareness into action together.
