Passion Aid Foundation Africa Building Stronger Communities, Together! He discovered that rural development projects in Lango district neglected the elders and their young dependants.

PAF-AFRICA was founded in 2015 to offer support to vulnerable elderly people and young people who depend on the vulnerable elderly. The young man who started Passion Aid Foundation Africa was himself a school drop out from senior secondary three after failing to pay school fees. They had no steady source of income for Basic needs like food, clothing, shelter and medical treatment. Both the founder

and the elderly people and their dependants were victims of 20years of civil war in Northern and Eastern Uganda.
