Today, as we commemorate World Menstrual Health Day, Motherly Heart Foundation stands in solidarity with every girl and woman advocating for dignity, access, and awareness in menstrual health. 💗

We honored to be part of the upcoming “Breaking Barriers” conversation on re-imagining menstrual health for every girl.

Menstrual health is not just a women’s issue — it is a dignity, education, and empowerment issue. When girls have access to accurate information, safe products, and supportive communities, they are able to thrive with confidence and reach their full potential.

This outreach, in partnership with Rotaract Club of Ntinda and Mogo, will not only provide essential items but also focus on empowering children through knowledge and support.

In Uganda, too many families go to bed hungry. Nearly 1 in 3 households struggles with food insecurity, and millions of girls are forced to drop out of school or marry too early just to survive.

Ensuring safe and clean drinking water for our communities! 💧

Yesterday we carried out H₂O turbidity and pH measurements, followed by chlorination procedures to guarantee water safety and quality. This hands on field assessment is a crucial step in protecting families from waterborne diseases and promoting healthier communities.

Grateful for the collaboration and dedication of our partners ,UWASNET, Living Water, Food for the Hungry, Busoga Trust, and Evidence Action who continue to champion access to safe water across Uganda.
