Our next academic term started today and we had over 50 students! More will begin to arrive as they walk long distances from their villages to our school. Hello from Sunrise Academy Nursery and Primary school operated by Children and Women's Support Initiative Uganda! We are re-activating this GoFundMe because we need your help to build more classrooms and dorms! We have been blessed by God who has brought many at need and vulnerable children to our school for help and education. We are up to 280 children for nursery and primary school! 50 of whom live at the school during the academic terms because it is too far to walk to their village each day. Our needs have outgrown our donations and our temporary classrooms are no longer very usable. We need to build permanent classrooms and dorms ASAP! Sorry we have not posted in a while but God has continued to bless and grow us greatly! We recently were delivered a blessing from our friend Waterstep who provided the school and Mpunge village with another much needed clean water system! We have over 280 children attending our school and are so grateful for increased capacity to provide the children with clean water! Praise God and thank you Waterstep!

God has blessed us at CAWSIU and the school, but we need your help! Currently about 280 children attend daily of which about 80% are orphaned! Over the last 2 months we have had 50 orphans come live on site at the school as they have no where to go! We adapted 2 rooms in what was built to be dorms for teachers but we still need doors for the building. On top of that, we do not have beds for these children so the children have to sleep on mats on the floor. We need your help, won't you please consider sharing some of the blessings God has given you? We need to buy 30 bunk beds immediately (at a cost of $150/bunk bed), doors to finish the teachers' dorms, on top of a monthly need of about $1800/month to pay teachers, provide food and school supplies. Please pray for us and help us to be God's hands and feet to the children of the Rakai district in Uganda Africa!

Most of our students are orphaned and only get a meal when they come to our school. We feed over 250 children one to two meals a day! Won't you please consider helping us by providing a gift we can use to buy food for God's little ones in Rakai District Uganda?

Our 10 teachers and staff are such a huge blessing to us and daily teach, feed, share Jesus Christ with over 250 children! We are an independent ministry that receives no continual support from any specific church or denomination so we rely completely on people like you to answer God's call to share the excess blessings he has given you with orphaned children in the Rakai District of Uganda!

Our school was started with the goal of bringing the hope of salvation through Jesus Christ to the vulnerable children in the Rakai district of Uganda by providing them with an education! We are independent and not supported by any specific church or denomination but really on people like you answering God's to distribute some of the access blessings he has given you to those in need in Rakai!

We need your help!! All of our teachers have faithfully answered God's call to teach the orphaned and vulnerable children in Rakai district Uganda but we have no regular supporters yet. We ask you to open your heart to the Holy Spirit and allow him to use you to deliver HIS provisions to these teachers. Each teacher serves this children for the Lord for only $140 (USD) a month!!
