Ultra Poor Trust is a small grassroots charity, founded in 2014 by a small group of Christians with an aim of empowering the ultra poor to uplift the living standards and caring for the needy children in the rural remote villages. The charity works together with churches and our partners to implement small social projects, as well as supporting evangelical missions to reach people in
unreached communities. OUR MISSION:
To transform lives and build better communities. STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES:
1.To provide seed fund to Poor people to start up small businesses and soft loans for business expansion.
2.To initiate a trust fund through which funds are raised to support Trust projects and programs.
3.To create partnerships for research collaboration,training and mentorship to meet societal needs.
4.To initiate community development projects and programs that improves the quality of life to bring hope to poor and marginalized communities.
5.To offer innovative banking solutions to our clientele beneficiaries at the grassroots
6.To provide business training and mentorship to our target clientele beneficiaries.
7.To provide prison outreach missions and support ex-prisoners with affordable loan funds to start small businesses and fit in the communities.
8.To provide emergency support fund to our target clientele beneficiaries at -risk to get medication and pay for hospital bills.
9.To support and strengthen the participation of local communities in improving water,hygiene and sanitation management.
10.To ensure universal access to affordable,reliable and modern agricultural services.
11.To support Evangelical missions,churches projects and leadership development.
12.To advocate for the interest of small Ultra Poor Entrepreneurs.
13.To support refugees with basic relief items and rehabilitation services.
14.To initiate village mobile clinics and support village healthy teams with drugs and trainings to deliver better services in the communities
