🌿 May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🌿
This month, we honor the strength it takes to keep going, the courage it takes to ask for help, and the power of community in healing.
Mental health is not a luxury ,it’s a human right. For those of us living at the intersections of gender diversity , disability, trauma, and survival, mental wellness is a radical act. It’s not just about coping; it’s about reclaiming joy, safety, and wholeness in a world that often denies us those things.
đź’š This May, we invite you to:
🌱 Speak openly about your mental health (when it’s safe to do so)
🌱 Hold space for someone who needs to be heard
🌱 Share resources that center marginalized voices
🌱 Rest not because you’ve earned it, but because you deserve it
Let’s remind each other: you are not alone, and your mind matters. Healing is possible — especially when we do it together. 💜
