2. Fill in and complete both the application and contract forms. These can also be filled in online.

3. A counsellor will visit the patient to asses the condition of the patient so as to allocate the care giver and determine the amount of money to be charged per month or per day

4. The caregiver is finally deployed to provide care for your patient and TAFU officers continue with the follow
up work.
