At Active Hope Ministries, we believe real change starts when communities take charge -- especially in slums where challenges like stagnant water lead to disease. Our Communities Together Projects inspire neighbors to join hands, clean up their environment, and improve their health and wellbeing.

We're not about handouts; we're about changing mindsets and empowering a generation to realize the power they hold to make lasting change. When we work together, we don't just clean up -- we build hope and responsibility.
As Philippians 2:4 says, " Let each of you look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others".

🌍 Active Hope Ministries – Changing the Narrative

We’re not here to give handouts—we’re here to transform mindsets. At Active Hope Ministries, we believe real change starts when communities take part in their own growth. Instead of waiting for help, we encourage people to get involved and be the change they want to see.

Through our work in slum areas, we provide cleaning materials with the people, not just to them—fighting preventable diseases like malaria, cholera, and Ebola. It’s faith in action. It’s the gospel with works.

Being there for others can be the greatest gift you can ever offer because it's an act of expressing love. Our Team was in Nakulabye ghetto in Rubaga offering a helping hand in cleaning the environment.people living with in this area were so grateful and excited for the service offered and they need more to create a condusive environment to stay.

We are grateful to our Team for this opportunity to take part in the communities together programmes !!
