Design & Printing of Secure Food Commodity Vouchers
REF: 2025/049/AFI

Andre Foods International (AFI), in partnership with CARE International in Uganda and with funding from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS), is implementing the Emergency Food Assistance & Self Reliance (EFASeR) Project in Nakivale and Kiryandongo refugee settlements.

We invite qualified firms or individuals to submit Expressions of Interest for the design and printing of standardized, secure, and user-friendly food commodity vouchers. These vouchers will support vulnerable new arrival households to access food from contracted vendors.

Scope includes:
🔹 Designing visually appealing and context-sensitive vouchers
🔹 Integrating security features such as QR codes
🔹 Uploading beneficiary data into QR or barcodes
🔹 Producing print-ready files
🔹 Printing and delivering hardcopy vouchers to AFI Head Office, Kampala

Minimum requirements:
📄 Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
📄 Valid Business License
📄 Current Tax Clearance Certificate (AFI TIN: 1010682749)
📄 VAT Certificate (if applicable)
📄 Evidence of experience
