Without clear authorship, it is hard to determine the true copyright holder and thus conflict.

Why regulate A!?

If we let the use of generative AI go on unchecked, there is likely to arise disputes over ownership and originality of content. This in turn disrupts the work of creatives.

It is therefore important for AI to be regulated to avoid deep fakes and misleading narratives.
