Jeremiah House UG Jeremiah House is a non-profit organization that educates and rehabilitates Ugandan street children.

Our mission is to aid vulnerable youth through meeting their physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual needs. Every child deserves to know that they were created for a purpose. Within a sanctuary, we are showing them that they have value and worth by providing them the foundations for their future.

One of the boys in our care recently had a medical check, and doctors found a minor complication with both of his kidneys.

Now that he is in a safe place to call home, we are making sure he receives the treatment and follow-up care he needs.

While living on the streets, he remembers being kicked and often felt unwell, especially needing to use the bathroom frequently. Today, he is no longer facing this alone. 🤍

On her first day in Kampala, Q noticed a young boy on the street with no shoes, searching for scraps. She asked if she could give him some of her money, and she did.

Later that day, we saw him again. This time, we stopped, listened to his story, bought him shoes, and brought him to Jeremiah House so we could begin finding the best way to help.

This is why we’re here. 💛

We were thrilled to welcome our first Canadian visitors to Jeremiah House! 🇨🇦✨ It’s truly God’s plan — who knew they’d be the first to see our new buildings?

The kids are almost back from their final school term, and we’re so grateful for everyone who continues to support this work and keep us going. 🤍
