Today, we took the Mentorship Program to Lake Side College Luzira. We spent the day with Senior Four, Five, and Six students and it was more than a talk. It was an investment.
Why do we choose schools?
Because schools give us a neutral, trusted space to reach young people before life’s hardest lessons find them. They are where mindsets are formed, dreams are shaped, and decisions that alter destinies are made. If we wait until after school, we’re often too late.

What did we equip them with today?
1. Digital Literacy & Online Safety, In 2026, your phone is your office, your bank, your reputation. We taught them to use it as a tool, not become victims of it.
2. Self-Branding; Your name is now Googleable. We showed them how to control their narrative and build a personal brand that opens doors.
3. Leadership ; Communities don’t need more bosses. They need problem solvers. We challenged them to lead from where they stand.
4. Career Guidance ;Passion without a plan is frustration. We helped them map skills to opportunities in today’s job market.
5. Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR), Information is protection. Myths kill dreams. We had honest, life-saving conversations.
Why these topics;
Because this is how we live our mission: Unlocking and promoting the potential of young people through mentorship and advocacy.
Because this is how we pursue our vision: A society where young people are fully nurtured and empowered to drive positive change in communities.
An exam gives you a grade.
These skills give you a life.

We don’t believe in “empowering youth” as a slogan. We believe in equipping them with tools the syllabus forgot . tools that prevent teenage pregnancy, reduce unemployment, end online exploitation, and raise leaders who build nations.
Thank you to the administration of Lake Side College for opening your doors and trusting us with your students. The questions, the energy, the hunger to learn in that room confirmed it:

This school activation is part of our countdown to the Youth With Purpose Mentorship Camp. We meet them in schools first.

When a girl understands her SRHR, leads with confidence, builds digital skills, & knows how to brand herself safely online she doesn’t just change her story. She changes her family. Her community. Her country.
That’s why we do school visits. That’s why exists.A girl with information is dangerous to poverty.
A girl with skills is dangerous to inequality.
A girl with a purpose is unstoppable. An empowered girl today is the CEO, the MP, the doctor, the mother who breaks cycles tomorrow.
Invest in girls. Watch nations rise.

When girls are equipped, nations are transformed.
Today we launched our School activations for the Mentorship program at Central Girls Vocational School , Luweero District. Schools give us a neutral, trusted space to break silence, bust myths, and share life-saving facts.
