We joined the Girl Champion Awards National Organising committee team and Partners for the Eastern Regional Activations hosted at Musana Community Development Organization.

It was a full-packed day of,

Interactive panel discussions with students and Young Champions
Real proof that when girls are supported and empowered, they rise

These young champions showed us every reason why investing in girls isn’t charity , it’s the future. From classrooms to communities, the message was clear ,Empowered girls lead to stronger communities.

Yesterday we commemorated the International Day of the African Child at Bupadhengo Senior Secondary School, Kamuli District, alongside fellow Brave Movement members.

Hosted by Youth Chaperon Uganda , our message was clear: African children must be guarded from sexual violence and all forms of abuse. Every child deserves safety, dignity, and a future free from harm.

Tomorrow, 16th June, we commemorate the International Day of the African Child.

We’ll be at Bupadhengo Senior Secondary School, Kamuli District with Youth Chaperon Uganda and Brave Movement Uganda for a school outreach.

We’re showing up to equip students with knowledge, safe spaces, and the reminder that they deserve to learn free from violence and fear. Ending childhood sexual violence starts with conversations like these.
