Hello dear friends,
My name is Ekwaro Daniel, and I am the founder of Sarah's Foundation Uganda, a small ministry in Uganda dedicated to caring for vulnerable, orphaned, abandoned, and disadvantaged children who have no one else to turn to.
Every day, these children wake up hoping for a better future. They dream of having a safe place to sleep, enough food to eat, an opportunity to go to school, and the comfort of knowing they are loved and protected. Like every child, they deserve stability, dignity, and hope.
For years, we have done everything we can to provide that hope despite having very limited resources. We have relied on rented accommodation, constantly living with the fear of increasing rent and the possibility of being asked to leave at any time. The uncertainty has been one of our greatest challenges. It is difficult to build a secure future for children when the place they call home is never guaranteed.
Today, we have been given a life-changing opportunity.
A friend has offered to sell us a piece of land with a modest three-bedroom house through four installments of $450 each, totaling $1800. This opportunity is more than a land purchase. It is the chance to give these children something they have never truly had—a place they can call home.
Owning this property would mean:
A permanent and secure home for the children.
Freedom from the constant fear of eviction.
Reduced expenses currently spent on rent.
Space to expand our care and reach more vulnerable children.
Land where we can grow crops to help provide food and reduce the cost of feeding the children.
A foundation upon which we can build classrooms, dormitories, and a brighter future.
