Last week, the Rotary Club of Buziga was privileged to host Dr. Andrew Kimera, who delivered a thought-provoking presentation titled "Do Men Get Pregnant?"
The discussion challenged us to rethink the role of fathers in maternal and child health. While men do not carry pregnancies, they play a vital role in ensuring healthy pregnancies, safe childbirth, and the well-being of both mother and child. From supporting antenatal care and encouraging exclusive breastfeeding to promoting immunization and a child's emotional development, engaged fathers help build healthier families and stronger communities.
