This morning, we hosted our friends from Stanbic Bank to experience our upcycling project that is creating decent work opportunities for young people.

The initiative turns old jeans into market-ready creative learning materials that enhance play-based learning and the development of 21st Century skills.

Together, we are exploring how corporate companies can partner with social impact organizations to create opportunities and impact individuals and communities.

Tribe E from Boundless Minds ran a community project at Bat Valley Hall, upcycling used bottles into decoration material. The Bat Valley youth didn’t just watch — they joined in, learned the skills, and took ownership.

Now, those same youth have a way of earning. They’re selling the decoration pieces to homes, cafes, and events around Kampala, turning waste into income.

This is soft skilling in action: creativity, super proud of tribe E
