Mwenya-Smile is an organization dedicated to helping children who live in the ghetto and swamped areas in Uganda who are living in difficult conditions, often without the means for education and basic needs due to their circumstances. The foundation aims to empower children, help them realize their dreams, and foster community transformation through various initiatives. By addressing the root caus
